MAGNOLIA PLACE will provide a broad range of health support services to foster continued health and quality of life in a comfortable, supportive family atmosphere. LEVELS of CARE offered

Level I – Minimal Assistance

  • Protective Care and Watchful Oversight – including daily awareness of Resident’s physical condition and whereabouts and readiness to intervene in an emergency.
  • 3 Nutritious Meals per day plus Afternoon and Evening Snacks
  • Weekly Laundry Service
  • Weekly Housekeeping

  • Medication Supervision
  • Assistance with Bathing

Level II – Hands-On Moderate Assistance

  • Mealtime monitoring and/or set up assistance
  • Hands on assistance with dressing or grooming
  • Reminders/ supervision of toileting
  • Glucose monitoring and/or insulin administration

Level III – Bright Seasons Care

  • Special assistance with meals
  • Incontinence assistance or hygiene
  • More frequent well-being checks due to physical or cognitive impairment
  • Extensive medication management
  • Hands-on assistance with transfer or ambulation (not requiring more than one staff person)
